- Soft Skills are sometimes called essential skills, people skills, or job skills. We call them employability skills. Recent studies show: the skills employers most desire are soft skills and 85% of job success comes from having well-developed soft and people skills, and only 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge (hard skills). This interactive workshop identifies the most important employability skills identified by employers and explores why they are important. Information from this workshop can be used to help build your LinkedIn profile.
